Logo Design Brief
Distinctive new logo for residential building company, Transition Building. We are looking for a modern, ownable logo that looks professional.
Our preference is that the logo will feature the company name and a graphic device. Ideally the graphic will be abstract or conceptual as opposed to a real world picture. (Think Adidas with its three stripes or Nike with its tick). Consider playing with dimension. Perhaps take inspiration from a 3d floor plan - I will try to attach an image.

Requirements
Must have
- Logo Text & Abstract Graphic Device
- Unique - not your everyday, mass produced building logo.
- Logo needs to be reversed out so that it works on a white background but equally well on a darker background (to allow for printing on dark coloured team uniforms)
Nice to have
- Modern, Fresh, architectural,
- Every second building logo has a roofline in it. I challenge you to think beyond that and more creatively project 'transformation/transition'.
Should not have
- Please avoid references to commercial building (ie skyscrapers) or specific tools of trade (ie hammers; excavators).
- Please avoid generic building icons.
