dude you have no briefing, no wireframe, no logo.

The brief is very straight forward; as per described. Have listed the number of pages required, the limited functionality required and the theme i.e. what sort of entity the page is for, it's target audience, colours we'd like to incorporate and copy to imagery ratio.

I shall upload a basic web map, & copy in word format.

Here's the brief for the logo:

I need a logo designed for an International Fund Remittence and ForEx trading company, based in Hong Kong.

The logo must be 'corporate' (this is the audience) as the company does not deal with the general public, it specialises in ForEx and remittance for larger corporations, dealing with larger volume transactions. Would like to use either Red or dark Blue as the main colour, although this does not necessarily apply to the text (Kingsway Incorporation Limited).

As international remittance is one of the primary services, perhaps incorporating something that reflects this.Please have a look at the Bank of Beijing. Like this style. Also OCBC Bank logo - I like the way they have incorporated a Chinese Junk into the circle. Lastly check out the Bank of China logo - good example of incorporating Chinese elements - the 'circle' represents an old Chinese coin.

Please clarify the exact scope of work as this is design contest / competition.
Project says CSS coded design only

The current budget suffices for 2-3 pages design with CSS coding only - not more pages designed or coded or shopping or php integrated or backend or ecommece integrated for this small budget.
Also please guarantee the project if you wish the best designers to work on it
