What it is: Consultancy, one owner plus respected associates
What we do: We are a company of consultants and associates dedicated to diagnosing and helping fix product development issues. You can access our skills on an occasional or recurring basis for independent assessment and to complement your in-house capabilities.
We pinpoint the root cause of issues in a project or product development and then produce plans to fix them (i.e. we create many options to solve a problem (diverge), then converge on the best solution)
Target markets: Corporate CEO/MDs and Technical/Engineering Directors; Inventors and start-ups; Private-equity investors – all involved in (electro-mechanical) design and manufacturing businesses of industrial products such as medical devices and fire detectors
Example competitor: Mirrorhead Limited
How we are different: Breadth of skills and 30 years’ experience in whole product development life cycle, plus the association with respected other experts in product development such plastic parts designers, electronics designers.
Status: Brand new Limited Company, no preceding graphic history
Logo desired ‘message’: Modern and professional (not ‘funky’), clean not fussy, no more than 2 colours, mono is great
