Logo Design Brief

I need a suitable logo for our new business. We are in the healthcare industry and will be representing physicians and other healthcare professionals for consulting services.

The company name is "MIMIR Management and Consulting, LP."

"MIMIR" is a figure in Norse Mythology that was known for his wisdom and knowledge. The Norse god Odin kept his head as a source of wisdom and knowledge. Other allegories related to this old god were represented as "Mimir's well" which was drunk from in order to gain knowledge. I am thinking of something that uses a blue color and some form of stylized well to represent the related mythology. We want MIMIR to be all in capitals along in perhaps a stylized text that will be easy to read yet somewhat related to the region from which the myth is derived.

It is important to remember that we deal with physicians and top-level executives so it is of the utmost importance that the logo also present a professional appearance.
The logo should be able to incorporate well into corporate letterhead, business cards and websites.
