Please confirm how many pages are you looking to get designed within the allocated budget of $250.00 as this is only good for website homepage design layout + 1 inner page at most, in psd format only.
As per the brief and attachments, I believe the requirements are far more than that. We can work on the complete project to your satisfaction however the requirements need to be clarified so we can quote you the price that we'd be willing to work with you on.
