Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my furniture design and making company based in south east London called "Chris Barber Furniture"
I design and make high end, one off bespoke pieces of contemporary furniture predominately wood in construction. I also often work for various shops/businesses designing furniture/interiors.
Proportion is a large deciding factor within my designs and with this in mind I'd like a reference to the golden section within the logo/text, trace lines for example.
As for colours I'd like grey of combinations of greys for the main text/logo and a light blue/electric blue for anything else eg.trace lines. the logo has to stand out on various backgrounds including black as I want the logo to be free floating and not within a box.
I'd like the design to reflect the modern aspect of my work yet also show traditional skills, thought processes and craftsmanship.
I've attached a few pictures as examples of the trace/working out lines that I'd like to see within the design. Also a few picture's of my work.

Requirements

Must have

• The logo/typography must have a direct correlation with the golden ratio and show this in the form of trace lines eg. positioning of the typeface, design of the logo and their corresponding relationship with the golden ratio shown with fine trace lines, as in the examples I've sent.
  Basically I want to see the working out lines as part of the design

Should not have

• I don't want any direct pictorial references to furniture within the logo eg. random pic of unrelated furniture.
  Logo within a box.
