Flyer Design Brief

I need an 11"x17" Flyer (One Fold). Most of the project is layout and lines showing off the key features of our product. Our product is a marketing calendar. The inside of the flyer will be a calendar (we will provide examples and measurements but you will have to create most of it from scratch)(We don't have any high resolution examples you can copy from).
The only piece that will need some special attention is designing a map of our covered areas.
We are looking for a fresh, clean and creative flyer to impress our clients.

• 2) Clean, Fresh and Creative Design
• 3) Eye Catching
• Start with looking at our example (3 - Cash Calendar Example). This is our product that we send out and we would like our flyer to look similar to this but with our schedule rates and map information. Then look at our layout and mock up we have provided. The Layout is important because some of the items on the flyer MUST be sized to our specifications. And our mock up file is what we have come up for you to follow. Feel free to be creative because we want something that is professional and stands out.
