Landing Page Design Brief

I need a brand new website landing page for CashLenders.com + graphic work on that page as well. Including perhaps a logo design as well For CashLenders

There is a new fill out form that needs to be integrated that I can provide to be part of the design, there are several different forms, which I have copied down in the Must Have section, only one of the forms need to be utilised. It is up to you to select the best form for your design.

This is a simple page that needs the form to be integrated, with nice graphic work and layout as well. There will be some changes to the wording of the bullet text points that are on the current website. This is a personal cash loan site, which will expand out to all various loan offerings, so please keep in mind some expandability for this.

Green color and Money Signs, Cash, etc are all nice elements to be used in the design as well.

Other items such as frequently asked questions, can be used from the current site
