Business Card Design Brief

I require a business card design for my Yoga teaching business. I have a design for a logo I would like to use on the card. I would like the logo designed and provided to me separately to the business card in a jpg or tiff high resolution file so I can use this for a web site, letter head, banner in the future.
I am a travelling yoga teacher in Sydney and teach at several gyms, corporates, private clients, schools, yoga studios etc
With the design I have sent thru as a guide,I would like my own text and colours inside this logo. I have a very good idea of how I would like this to look the logo and business name on the front and contact details on the back.
