Logo Design Brief

Hi there,
I need a logo design for a new business based in Sydney called 'Connect' with the slogan 'safe solutions'. The 'safe solutions' is to be not as prominent as the 'Connect'. The business performs testing on electrical appliances and systemically records data (Test and Tag). Eventually the business will be a third party consultancy for the safety industry. I would like to see a simple design, incorporating the connect as part of the logo with light colors like sky blue to give a fresh, safe and connecting to the logo feel. I am planning to have this logo on my business cards, letter heads, webpage and uniforms so the logo needs to be transparent across all areas.
