Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a new logo for my skimboarding school called "Solag Skim School." If you don't know what skimboarding is, look it up on google. I am well known in the sport (Paulo Prietto). We teach skimboarding lessons, summer camps, after school programs and birthday parties to mostly kids and some adults. See my website for a gist of of the services I offer: www.solagskimschool.com.

I would like the logo to be youthful yet smart. I want it to look welcoming and fun as well. It is also important that it's polished to display the professionalism we maintain.

SoLag stands for South Laguna which is the birthplace of skimboarding. I am often asked what "Solag" means and I think the logo can be designed to help clear up that confusion.

Target Market(s)

Most of the clients are kids aged 7-13 years old. Although I teach the kids, parental approval is needed because I deal directly with their parents, mostly mothers, who come from affluent backgrounds.
