Book Cover Design Brief

I need a fantasy book cover design for my debut novel. I would like for it to include the attached synopsis and tagline as well as the title and my name:

The Defiled and the Second Son

For the design:
I am envisioning the theme in mostly shadows. I would love to have a male/ masculine hand with a flame/fire extending upward or outward in the forefront. In the background I like the idea of three winged/ angel-like creatures that are immortals. (They are from another planet. Two are more pure and the other one is corrupt.) I am also attaching a description of these winged immortals but the details may not be necessary other than to help the designer envision what I am going for. I think leaving them in the shadows as a backdrop would be cool. (They are a background story to the main storyline and told in flashback format.)

These are my thoughts but I am open to creative ideas!

This cover is for print on demand AND ebook. Should include front/back/spine in design. Design for 6x9 style novel.

Each cover 5.5x8.5 Final Trim 5.25x8.25 require Front/back with binding
