Hi, I would love to help you out with your flyer - I am a bit confused about what you need. Do you need a template where you can add property images with all the info you mentioned? Or will you be providing the images.

What is the title for the three mini flyers? SELLING? or SOLD? Also, what do you want to be blue red and white? the text or the entire design?

Thanks for your message, I need a template to fit on A4 papper. Needs to be three identical segments so I can cut them into three flyers from one page.  I will need to change the photos in the spot for the property image for different projects. Would like a nice frame .

Red and Blue and White are background colours.

Text should be white. One flyer should be SOLD and another SELLING. I need to be able to change these words to suit the situation. Thanks, Deneille.
