Logo Design Brief

i WANT A REFRESH OF OUR LOGO. We sell headsets for phones, copmputers and mobile. Our headsets are an alternative to well known brand names suchas Plantronics, Jabra, Senheiser and VXi.
Our logo is supposed to convey strength, quality and leave the user with the feeling it has been in the industry for as long as the primary headset manufacturers mentioned above.
Our logos will be placed on our headsets which have a black background and need to look good in either silver/grey or white.
For use in other areas we do not mind some strong colors conveying technology and strength.
Do not use primary or soft colors. If you want to fade the color it would be a consideration.
We do not mind moving away from the shield with the lion and sword to a more modern version with or without those historical images. We do prefer the shield more than the lion unless the logo by itself with the words "Armor Headsets" lets the user know we sell headsets.
I have included a black and white of our logo for you.
