I think this AD may need some more information, I understand you wanting to keep it neat and clean for the target audience, but they have to "recognize:" you guys, or have heard of you in some way because if they haven't...what about this ad is going to make them email you, or visit your website.

I work locally with real estate agents from Coldwell Banker (not a franchise) designing AD's for them because they are never happy with the publication's in-house design. Please don't take offense to my bluntness, I'm trying to help by asking you these questions!

• Do you have an office address (I saw one on your website)?
• A ":call to action", you need one! There is no incentive to "check you guys out" or visit your site, or call you. The only incentive you are giving is that you have been in business for 40 years.
• Home Valuation (from your site) is this a Market Analysis? Perhaps something should be said about that being free.
• I also think you should add your "International Presidents Elite" status plus the "Rated in the top 1% internationally".
