Graphic Design Brief

We require a design for a postcard to remind patients to book their dental check up.

Size: standard postcard 100 x 150mm

We are a small family-focussed dental practice. The design should reflect our brand which is warm & sophisticated as well as incorporate the logo colours. For more information please see our website ashburtonfamilydental.com.au.

Requirements

Must have

• The front side should have the copy "We've been missing you...".
  
  Back side of postcard should have area for patient name, address, stamp to be placed. The following copy should be used:
  
  "Dear (please leave space for name)
  
  We've been missing you!
  
  We haven't seen you for your regular dental check up. Please call or visit our website to schedule an appointment. Alternatively, we will be in touch over the next couple of weeks.
  
  We look forward to seeing you again soon!

  Include the logo on back side of postcard. Please add the tag line under the logo "Creating beautiful smiles everyday" - sans serif font.
  
  - Design file:
  All colours must be converted to CMYK.
  Bleed 3mm external from trim.
  Trims and registration marks are offset 5mm.
  All text to be 3mm from trim if possible.

• Maple leaf as in the logo
  Slightly cursive font
  Less cluttered look
