I need a custom logo to describe my small business which is Color and Clues (to Sell or Dwell in your home). my services are for home owners selling their house or updating their existing house, which includes home staging, color consultation, redesign services.
I need the logo to clarify I cover both sides whether a customer is utilizing my services to help sell their home or updating a new or existing home.

Requirements

Must have

• My thought is to show 2 simple house designs, one with brighter [maybe purple, green, turquoise and maybe even just different shades of one of the colors] colors (to reflect existing homeowners) and the 2nd with different shades of neutral colors [maybe dark gray to white] (to reflect homeowners selling their house).

Nice to have

• I have some organization logos but not sure if there is room. I will submit later if there is room.

Should not have

• don't want a paintbrush or other illustrations suggesting I am a painter. no rainbow colors.
