T-shirt Design Brief

I own a vacation rental house and want to offer t-shirts. I have drawn the image I want for the T-shirt but need it a little more cool looking and professionally drawn. I am not the best free hand artist. I want it to be like a pencil drawing and will be printed in one grayscale color so it looks like a pencil sketch. the t-shirt colors will be black and white, and maybe blue. name of my vacation rental house is called Maui Meadows Guesthouse. I am also attaching a photo of the actual tiki hut so you get an idea of what i was trying to draw. main thing is to have the tiki hut with thatch roof, a pineapple guy laying in a hammock with a martini glass, and the words Maui Meadows Guesthouse on the drawing (preferred on the hammock itself but open to ideas). Maybe you can add a coconut tree or surfboard, or maybe not...open to ideas. sometimes less is more...leaving it open to ideas. Aloha!!
