it wasn't about the quality of the design.. I just need creative people to give me ideas bc I wasn't sure what I wanted.. but thoughout the process I learned more and more of what I wanted. I tried changing and updating my brief along the way but a lot of people just weren't getting it. Maybe that is my fault.. In an case, You are a very good designer there is no doubt and you deserve something for your efforts... many others do too .. but you are a very talented designer.

Congratulation for the winner ! I'm.....speechless :) ! And in regards to the presence of the building and state in the design ....I did make a clean logo with a direct replica of your finished buildings inside your state frame ! And probably I was not the only one out of this 256 designers!
