T-shirt Design Brief
We are looking for a fresh new design to place on T-Shirts that will be eye catching, and will appeal to all age demographics. This is for the Maine Academy of Country Music (MACM). We promote and preserve Country Music.. NOT what they consider Country Music today.. that is not Country by any stretch. We are talking Merle Haggard, George Strait, Patsy Cline, Garth Brooks, Conway Twitty, Vince Gill... you get the idea... Something that will fill the front chest area of a T-Shirt that people of any age would be proud to wear in support of Country Music, and what best represents MACM. We plan on selling these T-Shirts on our website, at our Annual Countrygrass Festival, and all other events we host during the year... I am providing an uploaded file of our current logo, which we do not want to replicate by any means, but it will give you an idea of what we had printed on previous T-Shirts and Hats and such... we want something more artistic, free flowing, and stylish without using elements of our current logo.

Must have
- Relative design relating to a Country Music Organization, and the Promotion, Performing, and Preservation of Country Music. A design that reflects a persons interest in the proud heritage of Country Music.... T-Shirt colors will likely be black, and also white, so keep that in mind when using color schemes... Please submit designs that would print well on both Black or White tshirts.
Nice to have
- Include the text "Maine Academy of Country Music"... optional text would be our Motto "It's About the Music"... it is not necessary to incorporate the State of Maine in the design... If you are using instruments as part of the design, you can use Traditional Country Instruments besides guitars (Electric or Acoustic) such as a Fiddle. As long as the instruments compliment each other in the design, and don't look awkward together.
