Logo Design Brief

We need to update our logo -- the existing logo was a carry-over from an old business name. Our company provides web design and development as well as social media marketing, web hosting and related web-based services (harnessweb.com). Because the business founder's last name is Harness, we'd like to keep a theme around "harnessing the web". Our preferred idea is to use a horse or a horse's head in the logo, since they are dependable and respected animals, but we're open to your ideas and suggestions. We're still working on a slogan, but so far we like this: "A stable approach to your online branding" -- this could change, however, if we end up choosing a logo that doesn't reference horses. Also, simple designs are preferred. We generally like the color schemes on our existing website (green and blue), but we are open to suggestions or other ideas.

Edit: After seeing some horse designs, I think we've decided that it's just not the right direction for us. We appreciate the awesome submissions and thank you for helping us make adjustments to our thoughts.

• Professional style that would appeal to most business owners, but keeping some sort of unique style that has character.

Nice to have

• A horse or horse's head might be nice, but not required. We're also interested in ideas without a horse.
