Flyer Design Brief
Two related single sheet (front/back) brochures to be printed and mailed ASAP. There is substantial overlap between the two.
The content pretty much needs to be what is in the document, although you are welcome to 'woedsmith'.
I am really not a great graphic design person, so I am really just looking for these to be polished and spruced up in a way that looks more professional.
I look forward to seeing your thoughts.

I am still waiting for designs from a number of designers and will accept new proposals through Monday, 4/25 at noon Eastern Standard Time (US).
Sorry that my deadline was on a Sunday, which is obviously not a working day in many parts of the world.

Must have
- Good design. Readability. These will be 'tri-fold' brochures, and it is important that the content lay out nicely on the panels of the brochure. One side will have the address added after the brochures are printed.
- Ideally, you would send the back a document in PowerPoint form.
Nice to have
- Really, something that looks like what I have done, but better.
Should not have
- The use of a graphics program I can't use, like Illustrator (or whatever the current equivalent is).
