Logo Design Brief
Logo for 100 unit apartment community. The name of the property is Cathedral Gardens. This property is located in an urban neighborhood and has a modern design with a mix of wood and metals in the interior. A former church site we are renovating a historic rectory building on the same site, which will also accomodate rental units. We would like a modern logo that has clean lines (no script writing, etc.)
Updates
We are looking for a design that can be used in both print and for the property sign. We desire something simple with clean lines and a modern look (not Gothic or medieval). Thank you for your time!

We are not looking for a literal translation of Cathedral Gardens. Prefer something modern. This is a very nice, urban building that is currently under construction. Logo should be appropriate to be used on both signage and stationary.

Although this project is currently listed as :"refundable" we will commit to purchase a package if we find a design that fits our needs.
