OUR BUSINESS
Unique Project Solutions provides effective project controls and management solutions for construction projects in Australia and Overseas. We provide services to both large multinational companies and smaller privately owned businesses. Our knowledge and expertise assist clients to effectively plan and manage their construction projects or project portfolios. Our focus is to provide your business with the tools, solutions and strategies necessary to deliver projects on time and within budget.
WHY WE ARE RE-BRANDING OUR WEBSITE
Our existing website design is not effective at promoting our business. We require a fresh, new, innovative approach to effectively market our business brand. Our new website will have the same look and feed as our newly developed business brochure.
DESIGN
Our new website will have the same look and feed as our business brochure. This website will be developed in Word press; a customized theme is required. The graphic design and images will enhance the written content; any graphics need to be developed in Photoshop as this is the software we use. A horizontal navigation menu will be implemented but must blend into the design and not be contained in a colour band. The webpage itself needs to span the entire viewable screen and must not look like an A4 piece of paper on a colored background. Additional design comments have been attached to this project as " website contents" word doc.

STYLE
We require a stylish, clean and easy to navigate website, with fresh, exciting and engaging imagery. Our website design needs to be modern, clean and sleek.
WRITTEN CONTENT
New written content for each page is provided with this project, there is 50% less content in this project than the original website.
QUALITY
High resolution images and photos will be used to promote an overall quality, professional look and feel.
FUNCTIONALITY
The design needs to be easily updated and editable. The person updating the webpage content and images does not know coding, so the theme will need to be able to interact with plugins. All design components need to be optimized for indexing on major search engines e.g. Firefox, internet explorer, Google and safari.
ICONS
I will require icon links to Email, Facebook and LinkedIn, but not for twitter, Gmail or live feeds.

DESIGN AND DEVELOP
This project is to design and develop a word press website. In respect that the chosen designer may not be able to provide the development, 2 places of $400 each have been offered (1st for the design aspect, and 2nd for the development). The winning designer will receive $800 if both design and development have been achieved.
