Business Card Design Brief

We need a business card and logo design for my executive search (recruiting / headhunting) firm. We find people to fill open jobs at companies. We are a U.S. based company and do some global work also. So maybe something with a globe but definitely looking for other options also. Maybe something incorporating the letters HR which is our current logo but looking at options. The card should say BOTH full company names and tag line-
