eBook Cover Design Brief

I need an ebook cover for the re-release of my humorous regency romantic mystery suitable for ebook and soft cover hard copy. No bare chests, clinches, etc. the cover should appeal to wide range of readers. Open to graphic and silhouette art as well as more traditional. Female blonde and blue, intelligent and sassy, male brown and brown, athletic, former military. Key items in story: notes written in Norse runes, tea services. Important settings: heroine climbing out a window in yellow dress, book room of British museum, heroine finding body under mermaid shaped fountain. It is important to convey the humor and mystery aspect of the story. Both characters are familiar with dueling pistols. Title: Tea and Treachery
