Logo Design Brief

Design logo for Startup.Club which is a community for founders, startups, advisors and investors.

I attached two logos I like (1) one is the current startup.club logo which I really like (2) a domainstartupsummit.com logo. I'm looking for something very similar to existing uploaded Startup.club logo.

Also like logo at upwork.com

Like the green, black and grey tones like the uploaded Startup.club current logo.

I'm looking for my new logo to be - Unique, Clever, Time Proof, Work at Any Scale and Size, Work in Black and White and have design that can be animated (if every needed).

Finally, the logo needs to be about success and giving back (thus the original logo I upload with olive branch in green on the hand)
