Brochure Design Brief

New Medical Centre needs a bright and airy Trifold brochure. We want to introduce our practice to the surrounding area so want to advise our services and introduce the Doctors and Nurses.

I will upload all the pictures and logos, along with some pdf pages of styles that we like (and some we dont) to assist your creativity.

We will provide as much feedback for you as possible.

After this project, we would like to work with the same designer to expand into some other brochures etc that we have in mind, so this is a starting point.

Must have

• Tri Fold Medical – Greenwith Family Health
  
  • Include images of the Doctors (I will supply) and the Nursing Staff
  
  • “Chunks” of information
  o Introduction to who we are (I will supply)
  o Our services (I will supply)
  o Fee’s
  • We are a newly renovated Medical Clinic
  • Google Map of our location – Photo of the outside of the centre near the google map
  • Opening Hours
  • Contact Details / website address www.greenwithfamilyhealth.com.au (not yet live but must be included)
  • Interior Reception area photo
  • Ask a question.. “Are you worried about your patient history?.. We can help”
  • Need to leave a space for a Magnet.. (business card sized)
