Web Design Brief

This website is going to be a trades and learning platform where you can sign-up and register for different trades that may suit your interests. With this site I want people to be able to pull up an on-line application form with a submit button to register on-line. I would also like to see this website include interactive images with links or landing pages to the trade or service they will be registering for. I would like it to be friendly and straightforward to anyone trying to apply. Since this program will originate in Toronto, Ontario Canada, I would also like that to be reflected in the web design(CN Tower, Red Maple Leaf etc.) The following trades learning platforms will be included in my services and would like that to be reflected by 2-3 roll-over images for each trade profession:
