Logo Design Brief

We need a Logo design for a new product.
The product is a personal alarm for Women with the emphasis on fashion and quality and the bonus is it a personal alarm.
The alarm is in the design of a necklace/pendant and will be sold in a small box style packaging about 6cm x 6cm x 3cm in size.

I want a simple but elegant design.
I'm thinking the packaging will be Black in color to high light elegance but I'm open to other suggestions
The product will be sold on the web so I need the logo to suit
the packaging and the web page banner etc.

Target Market(s)

mainly Women who might be in a situtaion where they need a personal alarm at hand. Leaving a night club, Night shift, lonely areas such a carparks
