T-shirt Design Brief

My wife and I, the Grays, are celebrating 20 years of marriage this year. Our anniversary is May 24th, but we're going on a Caribbean cruise in July to celebrate. Our party of friends, family, and ourselves is 16 people (six adult women, six adult men, one teenager, and three kids), so there's some fun number play involved: a 20th anniversary with 16 travelers in 2016. On our trip we will snorkel off a catamaran, swim with dolphins, and visit Mayan ruins, in addition to enjoying cruise ship life. (Three people going are programmers, so there will likely be some laptop time on the ship as well.) We would like a T-shirt for this event that all travelers can wear on the trip. I've included a several details above in the hopes of sparking inspiration for a design.
