Poster Design Brief

I would like a poster ( A4 full colour) with a list of 60 ways to destress. I would like the design to be clean and stylish (not cartoonish)

My Target market is stressed out mums so I want the poster to feel inspirational and relaxing to look at.

I have added a sample of something I like - but open to other ideas

Finished art would be print ready pdf

Mums who are stressed out - mainly new mums. I want this to be a poster that someone would happily put up that looks more like artwork.

• My logo elements and colours but happy to incorporate other colours that blend well into it.
