Logo Design Brief
We are looking to update an existing logo. We want a more edgy, dark, gunmetal type look. We are trying to appeal to a more diverse crowd than simply gun people or military wannabes. The primary driver is CHL (Concealed Handgun License) Courses. The current logo does not truly appeal to women. We need a more professional look.

Must have
- The wording "Critical Defense Group." We prefer it in monotone, dark, gun metal, black and silver. We do like the existing shield with crests, just not the colors.
Nice to have
- We are looking for a very edgy, sleek design. A metallic look or finish would be considered as well.
Should not have
- The existing design looks like it was created for the BoyScouts organization. So please do not use childish, boyscout or cartoonish designs.
