Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for a new property management company in Park City, UT called Bridge Street Property Management. Should be simple and non-whimsical. Bridge Street is not actually in Park City, so the use of a bridge in the logo should be limited or not used. There are dozens of companies in the area with houses, mountains and aspen leafs in their logos, so I would like to avoid those images. I see 'Bridge Street' being in larger letters, with 'Property Management' being in smaller letters below. Prefer one color, but two would be considered.

Older with higher income levels. Somebody that would own an investment property.
