Logo Design Brief

We need a logo/character that is both fun and reassuring, to assign to a roadside tyre assistance site. Customers will contact us for immediate roadside assistance to get help with replacing their tyres quickly and safely. We're thinking along the lines of a tyre wearing a cape and some indication of movement also. We would like to see designs that use blue and orange in the cape. Also some facial features such as eyes & mouth to help personify the tyre superhero possibly.
