Graphic Design Brief

We need a graphic to print on the front of our newest cup. It is a cup that flips over (product name includes "flipping"). The graphic therefore needs to (1) look good right side up and upside-down (possibly an ambigram), (2) be kid friendly, (3) contain 4 colors or less. The final design should be gender neutral, ideally have an animal theme or cartoon appearance, and look good in a 3" tall by 2" wide print. Colors are flexible, with a preference for dark blues and medium shade greens. There is no language/logo to incorporate into the graphic that is being placed elsewhere on the product.

Requirements

Must have

• A graphic that is kid friendly and looks good right side up and upside down (i.e., I want it to flip over and still look good) because the product can be used either direction for two different purposes.

Nice to have

• An animal (or bug) or cartoon-like graphic is preferable, but I will entertain any fun, kid-friendly, and gender-neutral designs (flowers, food, bugs, sport, cars, trains, etc.). Ideally limited to 4 colors for ease of printing.
• The product name includes "flipping" as the product flips over. If you can incorporate a feel of "flipping" (such as an animal doing a cartwheel, or something similar), that'd be great. Also, the word flipping could be included but does not need to be prominent as there will be a logo elsewhere on the cup.
