Logo Design Brief

please see attached my photo, I would like to add my name with my photo (please flip to to the right edge, make my shirt color same as blue selected color, blurry in my arm so the cut off is not a straight line when placing my picture on the name/logo page) and incorporate my initals to act like a logo/symbol. I have attached some other similar designs that I like to give you an idea of what I am looking for. I would also like the option to see maybe Real Estate Finance Advisors as a title option. I would like to see with and without the title. options. I am open to using a symbol, like the key looking symbol as well if that can be worked in.
