Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new management consulting firm called "Monkey Mind Consulting". This firm will be based in Denver, CO and will target non-profit organizations in the areas of strategy development, process improvement, and change management. "Monkey Mind" is a concept that originates in Zen buddhism and is described as meaning "unsettled; restless; capricious; whimsical; fanciful; inconstant; confused; indecisive; uncontrollable". I think this description not only describes many employees but also organizations they work for.

As far as the design, I'd like lively colors like blue, red, gold with a figure of a meditating monkey. Besides the business name "Monkey Mind Consulting" I'd also like the tagline "align. improve. inspire"
