Logo Design Brief

I am looking for a new Region Logo. I will attach some images of previous logos we have used or considered.

Background on why we are getting a new logo. Our region geography recently changed. We have a lot of new sales reps and managers that joined our region. Our Region culture stayed the same, but we are forming our new identity together. We are blending elements that have made our region special over the years AND also turning the page and recognizing that we are forging our new future together (new people, new geography, i.e....a new legacy)

I want the Logo to have impact, Our Region Name is "Great West Region" which needs to be displayed prominently. We also have a new region tag line (rallying cry) called "A New Legacy". In addition, we have 5 regional values that need to displayed - Attitude, Aspiration, Connectivity, Energy, Individuality (Note - the 5 values can be less prominent).

People often describe our region culture as Fun, Engaged, Unified, and Positive. We are all in this together!

Some possible suggestions. We currently have a logo that is in the shape of a circle. Instead of a circle, could the shape be in the form of a Blood Drop (since we are a healthcare company?). Is there a way to add some imagery that would capture the concept of A New Legacy? Feel free to play around with the lettering of the Great West Region (interconnecting or overlapping the letters, something cool etc.). Any creative ideas on how to incorporate our 5 regional values somewhere in the design?

Our logo will be displayed to our Sales Force and Managers - about 150 people. Used in powerpoints and Swag, etc.

• Visually impactful. As good or better than the logo I attached. Looking for creativity on how to visually capture the concept of A New Legacy and somehow display our 5 Regional Values - Attitude, Aspiration, Connectivity, Energy, and Individuality. As I mentioned above, feel free to play with the lettering of the Great West Region or any of the values (how they are displayed or connected, etc.). I think a good logo has some imagery along with the words to capture the overall concept and to be visually impactful
