Brochure Design Brief

We need a brochure design for our new initiative -after disaster basement rebuild services.
We are one of the largest Basement renovation companies in Toronto ON.
We specialise in building beautiful mould free basements for personal use or basement apartments as income properties.
We use only unique high quality mold free building materials.
We want to offer rebuild services to clients who had water damage floods, mold remidiation projects and demolition in their basements , and offer them to use the misfortune event as leverage and rebuild their home the Right way! increasing the value of their home.
We will hand the brochure to our partners in the emergency restoration industry to give as introduction to clients after basement floods and mould projects.
We want to leave space at the top right corner of the page for our partners logo. each company we work with will get the brochure with their logo on it.
The size of the page will be A4.
