i didn't get the thing that you've required " E F & S " what does it mean ?

Ive gotten quite a few good designs, but as per my request none involve the E, F, and S besides the teqniques with an area for an instructor to check off. I will draw up a sample and post it in the photos.
Also there are 8 levels, so that means each card will have a level on it. Not cards with several level on it.
