Web Design Brief

I am a competitive bodybuilder marketing my articles and videos. I envision a picture of my physique that allows the user to click on different body parts to receive three options: free article, fee based video or fee based personalized routine. I also need a page describing meal planning options that includes videos. Would also like pages for photos and blogging.
I want to maximize site visibility. Many fitness sites use what appears to be a template like this: http://www.dennisbweis.com/Gain-5-6-Pounds-Of-Muscle-Mass.html. I would be interested in incorporating some pages like that.
