To design a logo for a multi tennancy retail building. The logo will be used in marketing activites, printed on crates used as shop displays, used on a web site and used on sign boards on the building.

Requirements

Must have

• The building is over 100 years old and has lots of character. It will be renovated to retain the old character features but additions will be clearly modern.
  The building is located in a popular country town in Victoria, Australia. It is close to Melbourne, a major Australian city. The town and this property is located right on the banks of the Yarra river. It is a popular spot for day trip during summer for swimming in the river and during winter as a stop off on the way to Mount Donna Buang which has snow play and tobogganing.
  The building will be split into a lolly making kitchen and shop, potentially a homemaker type shop, a possible artists workshop and gallery and potentially a micro brewery. In the rear of the property is a spot for pony cart rides.

Nice to have

• The building was once a car garage known as Warburton Holden. The features of an olde worlde car Garage will be retained, hence the name of the building "The Old Warburton Garage".
  The logo should be sympathetic to the mountanous location it is in, the natural huge trees that surround the area, the snow and the river.
