What does Payment Not Guaranteed mean for designers?

When a project is marked as guaranteed it means that the customer has committed to paying out a designer and has waived their right to get their money back. If it is not guaranteed, the customer can opt to get a refund of their money.

You can determine if a project is guaranteed by viewing the job brief and looking out for the following image marked on the project:

any thoughts on my revision?...

updates? communication just stopped again..

you asked me to upload my logos again on June 15th and i never heard from you again, i have retracted because i have other projects to tend to, i will only upload again if im being selected and the project is done other wise I'm backing out of this contest due to MAJOR lack of communication from the BUSINESS owner.

We will be making our final decision on July 16. No reason to communicate until that decision is made.
