Web Design Brief

I need a three page website. I have designed the index.html and the specialevent.html page.

I need someone to finetune the pages for me.

Where I have difficulty is with the following:
I want to add an event table driven by php database.
The administrator of the event will login and create the wording that fits under each colmn. The administrator the submit the form to php database. The database then display in a html.

The Table contains 5 coloums and the rows can vary and can go up to as many as 100.

The table set out events on a program
In the last column of every row I need a submit button to "View and Book" I need to link those buttons with external links/pages.

I use Dreamweaver CS5 and I need to have it in this format in order for me to edit it in the future.

The Table needs to be updated once a year for this program. So ideally if someone has a password to update the certain regions this is what I have in mind.

I have also designed a mockup of the restaurant page. At the top I need.
1) 4 Colapsable panels
a) Restaurants - opening the names of the restaurants
b) Coffee shops and light lunches .... with the names
c) Family
d) Home eateries

From the colapsable panel of each of these I need a anchored link to the description/photos of each...with a BOOK now button I can submit bookings to.

I added a colapsable panel in each restaurants description to keep everything contained.

  The colours are fine.
  
  The wording " princealbertonline BOOKING agent" should appear right at the top in the white horizon part of the background image.
  
  The specialevent page I described already. I am interested in the editable solution. for this.
  
  I will make up a mockup of the third page and send it later.
