Graphic Design Brief

We seek a design to be featured in place of the typical "under construction" graphic while our museum website is being renovated. The design will accompany informative text announcing the website's purpose and the date for launch. For the next five days, we're going to leave this contest wide open for any ideas based on the logo and icon drafts provided below. A specific request will be posted thereafter. Feedback will be provided as designs are submitted. Will not necessary to win, a design that incorporates improved versions of the icons will have an advantage on the competition.
