Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my results coaching business, Purpose Action Life LLC. I help men and women find their purpose/passion, then show them how to take the proper actions to get the life they have always dreamed about. I would love a design that is green and blue. Ideally the word "Action" should be made more prominent because you achieve success without action. Perhaps incorporating an arrow to reflect forward movement (not required). The final design should communicate professionalism, power, success, motivation and progress (just a few thoughts, doesn't have to convey all of that lol). Thank you!
