I need a logo for my woodworking blog. Fine Woodworking is publishing one of my articles this fall and I need my blog looking super-duper before the magazine issue drops. My name is Todd L. Crenshaw. My initials are TLC. My blog URL is www.toddswood.org. I make fine furniture and household accessories. I focus on traditional hand-work, meaning I spend as much time as I can using hand saws, planes and chisels instead of machinery. My blog will showcase my projects, share my techniques, and disseminate whatever woodworking-inspired wisdom I have gathered through my years hunched over a workbench. Typical logo designs for this type of thing involve silhouettes of hand planes, saw blades, men at workbenches and such. I hope to see some ideas that capture the essence of traditional fine craftsmanship that don't look typical.
