Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Atlanta, GA called St Clair Holdings (SCH). SCH invests in, acquires and develops multifamily assets: apartments, condos and student housing. The principals in the company have over 20+ years experience in the commercial real estate industry and have successfully built a strong financial return for their institutional investors, family and friends in the transactions completed to date. Therefore the final design should communicate their desire to build long term relationships with their capital partners as trustworthy good stewards of their investments. They want a clean crisp design with traditional colors.
