Logo Design Brief

I would like to have a logo created for my new company.
"All Equine Service Demeester" or short "A.E.S. Demeester"
This company will provide all services in the equine world.
Specialized in sales, marketing of equine tack and materials.
Further we can provide courses, training for riders, transport for horses.
I would like to show 3 disciplines in the logo: Western riding (ranchriding,pleasure, no reining), dressage and showjumping.
This logo can also have an old school western style. This is my first idea. But I'm open to all suggestions.
